We are always cruising the internet and magazines that end up in our mail for recipes that contain mustard. We stumbled upon this lovely one (and really easy, too) and made it for dinner on Tuesday night. We used Barn Burner and Wholegrain, but you can use any flavor you would like. Enjoy!
| Oven-Fried Deviled Chicken |

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp Green Mountain Mustard
- 2 C Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450F. Line shallow baking pan with foil and coat with olive oil spray.
- Pat chicken dry and rub all over with mustard. Stir together crumbs, paprika, and cayenne and salt and pepper in a bowl. Dredge chicken in crumb mixture, patting to adhere.
- Arrange chicken in single layer in your pan. Coat tops with olive oil spray.
- Bake 20 minutes Reduce heat to 425F and bake until golden brown and cooked through, 10 to 15 minutes longer. Server chicken with slaw.
Notes
We served our chicken with mixed veggies and rice instead of slaw
