I enjoy easy recipes – especially easy recipes that involve mustard. Canned tuna is perfect for a tuna melt or as a protein-packed lunch. Last week here’s what I did with my tuna:
1 can of tuna
1 Tablespoon Mayo
1 Tablespoon Green Mountain Mustard – Wholegrain
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Mix everything together in a bowl and you have yourself a quick and easy lunch – enjoy!
