Here’s the recipe: 2 bunches of asparagus with white ends chopped off 2 T olive oil 2 T Green Mountain Mustard – Garlic & Oregano Mustard Fresh cracked pepper Coarse grey sea salt (table salt is fine, too) 1 T Lemon juice 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Line asparagus on a baking sheet 3. Mix olive oil and Garlic & Oregano mustard 4. Drizzle lemon juice on asparagus 4.
