Michael Adams | Director of All that Happens
Michael has always been into entrepreneurship. He’s owned a food company (from cookies, to energy bars, and now gourmet mustard) since he was 15 years old. His love for food and the experience it can bring people drove him to start a tiny mustard company. You can find Michael at shows and events throughout the year. He still holds down a full-time job in online marketing, but runs Green Mountain Mustard on the weekends. When he’s got a couple of minutes to kick back, he enjoys photography, running, baking, and trying the newest Vermont micro-brew.
Ed Adams | Chief Flavor Officer
Ed holds a PhD in Materials Science. He looks at mustard as just another material. He has developed all of the mustard flavors except for Barn Burner (that was Michael’s flavor). In his spare time, you can find Ed on the nearest river kayaking or fixing things around the house that Michael and Jeanne tend to break. Thanks, Eddy!
Jeanne Adams | Conductor of Controlled Chaos
Jeanne does such a great job keeping the principal in line at the local elementary school. So much so, that she keeps Michael in line too. She helps with scheduling deliveries, finding craft fairs, and holding down the fort after 3:00 pm. She also does a fantastic job letting Michael know that he’s forgetting something. Basically, Jeanne is the glue to the GMM Popsicle Stick House.
Ryan Adams | Head Numbers Guy
Ryan works remotely from his house in Pennsylvania. His main job is staring at our financial sheets and giving Michael his opinion. He works in private equity, so he likes to keep GMM a lean mustard-making machine. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his fiancee, Samantha, biking, and playing the family dog, Dunkin (named after Dunkin Donuts of course).
Kelsey Adams | Taster
Even though Kelsey doesn’t really like mustard, she still tries the new flavors Ed and Michael cook up. She resides in Virginia and works at the local hospital. She is currently finishing up her second degree in nursing. If she’s not working 12 hour shifts, Kelsey likes to buy shoes, bake up a storm, and run.
