Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and therefore will never share your e-mail with anyone. All we do is make mustard – we’re not interested in selling your address to anyone.

Your Order Transaction
When you place you order, from the second you click “store” in our main menu, your browsing is encrypted over a secure server (that’s when you see https:// in the address bar). Secure servers protect your browsing and personal information. When your credit card is entered into our ordering system it gets passed over an encrypted server to Authorize.Net. We don’t even see your credit card number. All we see is a bunch of stars (*****).

Shipping Times
If you place your order by 12:00 noon, we’ll most likely get it out the same business day. We ship Monday-Friday through the USPS – you should receive your order within three business days. If for some reason you don’t receive your order after a week, please shoot us an e-mail with your order number.

Return Policy
We don’t think you’ll be dissapointed with your order, but if you are at any time, please send us an e-mail and we’ll ship out new/exchange product for you free of charge – no restocking fee or pointless stuff like that. We are concerned about quality issues only. If something is wrong with your mustard, please e-mail us and let us know the batch code on the bottom of the jar. The batch code is not an expiration date – it helps us keep track of when we produced certain runs of mustard. Mustard has a shelf life of a year – meaning it’s shelf-stable. Claims made after a year of purchase will not be addressed.
